- 16 - oz. box(es) elbow pasta noodles
- 4 - Tbsp butter
- 4 - Tbsp all purpose flour
- 2 - cup(s) milk
- 1/2 - cup(s) sour cream
- 1 - tsp garlic powder
- - Salt and pepper
- 1 - cup(s) shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1 - cup(s) shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 2 - cup(s) shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Cooking Directions for Single Meal
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Cook the pasta to al dente, about 7 minutes. Drain.
- In a skillet, make the cheese sauce. Melt the butter and whisk in the flour. Then whisk in the milk and let simmer over low heat until sauce thickens. Stir in the sour cream, garlic powder, the 3 different shredded cheeses and stir to combine and melt the cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In the prepared baking dish, add the cooked pasta and then pour the cheesy sauce over the top and gently combine and mix well in the baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until warmed through.
- Prepare veggies.

- Cook 2 lbs. pasta to al dente, about 7 minutes. Drain.
- In a large skillet or saucepan, make the cheese sauce. Melt 8 Tbsp butter and whisk in 8 Tbsp flour. Then whisk in 4 cups of milk and let simmer over low heat until sauce thickens. Stir in the 1 cup sour cream, 2 tsp garlic powder, 2 cups white cheddar, 2 cups mild cheddar and 4 cups sharp cheddar cheese. Stir to combine and melt the cheese, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
To each 9x13 disposable foil tray, add the following ingredients:
- Half of the cooked pasta
- Half of the cheese sauce.
Carefully mix the pasta and cheese together in the tray. Cover tightly with foil, label and add to the freezer.
Freeze & Thaw Instructions
Pull out the tray the night before and thaw overnight in the fridge. Bake as directed. If only partially thawed, cover and bake for an additional 20-30 minutes or until pasta is warmed through.
